In June 2025, our technical team was contracted to carry out the repair, testing, installation, and commissioning of a Danfoss 250kW HVAC drive at a dairy company facility in Ibadan. The drive, critical to their HVAC system, had experienced faults that threatened to disrupt operations.

Following a detailed diagnostic process, the faulty components were identified and promptly replaced using original Danfoss parts. The drive was fully tested under load conditions in our workshop before being reinstalled on-site. Final commissioning and integration into the system were done with close collaboration with the client's maintenance team. The project included:

• Detailed fault diagnosis and component inspection
• Replacement of damaged modules with genuine Danfoss spares
• Workshop-level load testing and performance verification
• On-site installation and parameter configuration
• Final commissioning of the HVAC system
• Acceptance testing and handover by our client's engineering team

The project was successfully completed within schedule, restoring the HVAC system to full operational capacity and saving the client from prolonged downtime.
