TekniTeed Nigeria Limited successfully executed a comprehensive nationwide digital asset assessment and data capture of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) across our client's plants. The project covered Danfoss and other OEM VFDs installed across our client's eight facilities, with approximately 5,000 drives captured into a centralized digital asset database.

Using Danfoss DrivePro® 360Live, TekniTeed’s technical team carried out real-time data capture on each drive without disrupting plant operations. The exercise eliminated manual data collection errors while providing instant visibility into drive specifications, operational status, and asset distribution across all sites.

The project scope included:

• On-site digital assessment and identification of installed VFD assets
• Non-intrusive real-time data capture using DrivePro® 360Live
• Centralized digital documentation of drive specifications and operational status
• Verification and consolidation of asset data across multiple locations
• Handover of structured digital asset records to the client

The digital asset database now supports the client’s preventive maintenance planning, improved equipment lifecycle management, and optimized spare parts strategy. The project has enhanced operational reliability, reduced unplanned downtime, and strengthened asset management decision-making.
