Customer Service Executive

Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and support sales and service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and in-person channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

  • Process orders, quotations, and follow up on deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate customer records.

  • Provide product and service information to clients when required.

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Inventory, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Track and follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery.

  • Prepare periodic customer service reports for management.

  • Support after-sales service and ensure smooth communication with clients.

  • Assist in customer engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.

  • Familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.

  • Experience in industrial or technical sales/service environment is a plus.
