Customer Service/Admin Executive

Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service/Admin Executive to manage customer interactions and support the company’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handle enquiries efficiently, and provide vital support to internal departments. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and service requests accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other databases.
  • Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the sales and technical teams with client coordination and documentation.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Coordinate logistics and follow up on dispatch/delivery status for customer orders.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of business operations and office procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Technology, or related fields.

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

  • Experience in an industrial or technical sales environment is a plus.
