In November 2022, a leading cement plant engaged our team to deliver a turnkey solution involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of Goulds 400RJC550 Vertical Line Shaft Turbine Pumps at their Plant in Ogun State. The project required a detailed understanding of the client’s pumping requirements, specification compliance, and delivery timeline to avoid extended production downtime.

Our scope covered the entire value chain—from sourcing the original OEM pump unit to final commissioning on-site. This entailed technical specification review, OEM ordering, logistics coordination, pre-installation assembly, and on-site execution. The project included:

• Detailed review and validation of client specifications for the pumps
• OEM sourcing and procurement of Goulds 400RJC550 vertical turbine pumps
• Delivery coordination and inspection of received components
• Assembly of the pumps at the workshop prior to installation
• Installation of the pumps at the client's facility
• Final alignment, testing, and system commissioning
• Client acceptance and handover
